Coconut milk is the ideal substitute for cow’s milk. It is a drink free of lactose that can supply you with protein and calcium like milk as well as vitamins B1, B5, C and E. Coconut milk is also a good source of phosphorous, selenium, magnesium and potassium.
The Indians refer to the coconut as the ‘Tree of Life’. When you start to look into the many health benefits of coconut water and coconut milk it is easy to understand why.
